“I have been going to Cari Ann for a long time now and I absolutely adore her! I love her location. Her shop is the cutest and she keeps it clean, inviting and ready for all her clients. Not only I go for her lash services, but I also get sugaring (waxing but not with wax but sugar) and vagacials too. She is so gentle and gives the best advice when it comes to skin care. She makes me feel so comfortable when she sugaring me, she’s definitely my esthetician for life! She’s also waxes my fiancés eyebrows and he doesn’t let anyone else touch his eyebrows but Cari Ann. “I am here visiting and my daughter and I wanted a place near by to get our nails done as she has only been here a few months. She got a gel mani and pedi and I got a powder dip for my nails. The salon was clean. The nail technicians were polite and did a very nice job on our nails in a timely manner. Pricing was reasonable and as to be expected. She is planning on making this her go to place in the future.“

“I found this place near our house when my gf was looking for somewhere to get her eyebrows done. I was going to buy her a gift certificate but she looked up the prices and insisted the prices were very reasonable so she didn't want me to pay for her. Anyway, she went and came home very happy reporting that Cariann was super nice and did an excellent job including more services than she originally had planned, or at least had told me She needed. It's a small clean shop at Stadium Mall and my gf said she will continue to go there. I say that's worth 5 stars.“

“Ive been looking for someone on the west side that does waxing services, and on a whim and after reading yelp reviews decided to come to The Hive Esthetics.<br><br>I'm so happy I came! They're in the Pearl City Business Plaza on the 4th floor. There's lots of parking so no worries there. I walked off the elevator and there were just a bunch of offices so l was a little wary. I got to their suite and opened it up to find this super clean and remodeled office! It was so beautiful, cozy, and clean inside!<br><br>I had a full Brazilian wax service done here with Bella and it was the fastest, pleasant, and most pain free service l've ever had for a delicate area. She was sweet and professional and has great technique. I highly recommend this place for your waxing needs and to take advantage of specials they have in house with packages. Trust me, you WILL come back so invest in her packages and thank me later! I already booked her for next month and am relieved I found a place to go to now!“

“Kamryn is the best! She is so professional, talented, and sweet. I have been to other brow/lip artists, and with her, I could undoubtedly tell a difference. When she worked on me, I could literally feel the precision. Not only that, but the custom color she created to redo my lip blush (done by another artist) is so beautiful! She used "high retention" pigment and left me with rich color with sharp edges, which was not my experience previously with an artist in town. The color she put on my lips healed the same. In the past, the color on my lips was put down, darkened a lot, and then healed as the final color I was looking for. So I had to walk around with a dark color on my lips that didn't suit me until they were healed. Her studio is located at the makai side of the highway across Aiea Shopping Center. There is plenty of parking. Bring a blanket or sweater and something to drink. That's what I did. I basically napped while she worked. I got up for a quick water/bathroom break in between. Otherwise, the experience was so relaxing that I could rest. I highly recommend Kamryn. She is top-tier!“

“Amazing as always! It's 2023 and I've been seeing Jennie since 2017. At first I was only going to her for facials but since 2019 I've been going to her for my Brazilian wax every 4-6 weeks. She is super easy to schedule with and has great communication. As someone with social anxiety I do not like to make phone calls often so it's very nice that I can just text her whenever i want to schedule my next appointment. I am always so comfortable and at ease during my appointments because she is so easy to talk to about anything and everything. I appreciate how accommodating she is especially with my busy schedule. “Absolutely loved the facials here! The first time I came here I did the clean and simple facial with terryn. It was custom tailored to me since I was 4 months pregnant I couldn't have certain ingredients on my face and she knew which products would best suit me. It was very relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable. I haven't done one in years and it felt so good to get one done. The entire process felt so luxurious from getting a massage, to the hot steam, extractions & the cleansing of my face. I knew I had to come back and just recently I tried the enzyme facial with the add on service of dermaplaning. It was my first time trying both services and they were both amazing. The enzyme facial really helped clean, exfoliate and removed the dead skin cells on my face. In addition to the facial, the dermaplaning service also got rid of the "peach fuzz" on my face, which enhanced the appearance of my skin. Instantly after everything, my skin felt so smooth and just completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back again!!“

“The only reason I go to European Wax Center is because of Aulani. She is so kind, patient, thorough and thoughtful. She deserves 10 stars. I also want to acknowledge May, the receptionist. She is very warm and welcoming. I would give the actual place 3 stars. It's clean, which is important. The furniture is old, faded, and the fabric is torn. They could at least reupholster the furniture if the owner cares about presenting a professional environment. The low stools in the treatment room are ridiculous. It would be lovely to play soft, ambient music instead of dance music. No one should subject clients or employees to fluorescent lighting. Home Depot has the long bulbs that offers simulated sunlight.“

“Alika is my barber and always does an excellent job. The vibe of the shop is welcoming and family-friendly. They tend to be busy, so it's best to book your appointment online in advance. I usually go for an undercut fade, and Alika never disappoints. Highly recommended.“
