The name of this company is perfect! We were having a serious ant problem and within 48 hours of Service, it wad resolved. On top of that, didn't think we had any other issues with insects but found several in the yard that the service took care of as well. Highly recommend!

Four day update: No smell at all. All the roaches I see are either sick, dying or dead. AMAZING! The roach smell is gone too. Yes, I have a dog nose and roaches stink. I wish I did this a couple of months ago...would have saved me from all those 2am roach hunts and boxes of Hoyhoy. note: ever try removing a dog from a hoyhoy? NOT fun! If you want to win the war...definitely go with treatment and Five Star is now my go to company.

Today John came over to take a look at our attic because we heard a mouse or rat roaming around last night. As soon as John opened the attic door he immediately saw a rat trapped on a glue trap. John said he didn't have to do anything, because someone already placed traps in the attic. He then placed the trap in a plastic garbage bag and got rid of it of us. My wife and I are glad John checked the attic and got rid of the rat. John is always professional and a very easy person to talk to. We have quarterly treatments and the 5 Star personnel have been there to help us.
