Gemina is SO great!! Not only did she put me at ease with her service, but she also executed my vision for my hair and makeup! I was so nervous the day of my wedding, but just chatting with her while she did my makeup and hair helped me calm down and have fun during the process! My look also held up 9 hours - from the pre-wedding photos to the ceremony and then reception (with tons of dancing!) - so she really did an incredible job making sure everything stayed and set properly. She also did my mom’s hair and she loved it! We both got a lot of compliments throughout the evening :)I’m so glad I entrusted her with my wedding day makeup. From the beginning to the end, Gemina was absolutely wonderful! I completed a hair + makeup trial with Gemina but this was a destination wedding for me, so I was not able to fly in beforehand to try and complete a trial months in advance. But Gemina was super flexible and allowed a trial a couple days before the wedding. Also as someone who rarely wears makeup (im definitely an eyeliner and lashes kinda girl) and has monolids, I wanted to make sure that whoever I chose as my makeup artist knew how to work with my eyeshape and also not feel like my makeup was to heavy/cakey.
