So grateful to have had the opportunity to attend Elizabeth’s yoga class. The setting is lovely and her animals add to the relaxing ambiance of the forest. She increase's vibration and self concept with positive language as she mindfully guides students through the the yoga class. The Shavasana was pleasantly and surprisingly long and a journey through senses that lead to a well grounded and and peaceful departure.mahalo Nui loa for a great experience.

What an amazing experience! I attended Elizabeth's 10a Tuesday yoga class in her yurt in the middle of the rainforest. She is a master healer, nurturer and wonderful human. She first took my husband and I on a tour of her property-with adorable chickens and goats. Her love of the land and her animals was palpable. She uses a variety of yoga styles, reiki and massage techniques to create a holistic, healing experience. I found that texting her was the best way to learn specifics about the location and class. A must do experience on the Big Island!

Elizabeth is a master at her craft. She has a magical way with the body and knows exactly what it needs since she tunes in and listens with intent. She commits to leaving the body in an improved state with her healing touch and succeeds each time. She's a gentle human with a big heart and she wears that on her sleeve. Her goats and chickens serve as a cherry on top of your experience. While on the big island, this is a must-experience experience!
