You can't reach them by phone is the consensus on post. Proved true, so I went in in-person, they are around a couple corners and to the back right.If you would like an appointment in 2 months or so, they can accomodate you. Otherwise, they will provide a list of places in town for you to call.Front desk staff was friendly though.

Great place, very attentive and affordable. Appointments hard to get, I recommend on the day the open the books (which they will tell you if you call) just physically go there 15 min before they open. Phone will be nearly impossible since they're always taking calls.

Thank you for being available and helpful when our Mars died. Unfortunately I was never able to do any appointments after we moved here a yr ago due to endless ringing phones. During the year we were here, we were unable to update his shots or follow up about his eczema while searching for another facility with availability. This also limited our options with boarding.While this location is helpful when you can reach them, they are often overwhelmed and possibly understaffed.
