I originally wrote a negative review (keep reading)... However, I must give credit to James (the owner) and Chris (project manager) for stepping up and taking responsibility for the mishap. As a business owner myself, I can relate that sometimes mistakes happen. It is my belief that how you address a problem is more important than the problem itself. Chris apologized for his mistake and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Alex (the worker) did a great job repairing my pool deck tile and ultimately turned me around from sour to satisfied. The only reason I give them 4-stars was because they initially dropped the ball.
