For the most part they are good at responding to requests and inquiries, but sometimes they miss the scheduled pickups and then claim that they tried but were blocked from getting to the dumpster. Luckily we have surveillance footage and can show that no one tried to pick up the trash and they will refund us for the missed pickup.

Since our AOAO signed up with Aloha Waste in December 2021, I have only the highest praise for the company & employees. First & foremost, Debbi McQuay is to be commended for her "above and beyond" customer service attitude. She's the reason you have our account. I remember meeting her at a condominium function where vendors were attending and had tables set up. She was very welcoming and friendly when I asked questions about the company. I was disappointed with the service we were receiving from a competitor. As a board member, I was able to recommend Aloha Waste once the contract with the other company expired. She was always taking my emails and phone calls within the first few months because one or two pick ups had been missed due to a scheduling error. She even took the time from her busy day to come over to our property and visit with me bringing ono cookies with her. What a gem you have in Debbi! The folks who answer the phone in the office are also very kind. Every time I've spoken to a woman there she's kind, courteous and attentive to details. Even when I was upset about a missed pick up once, she calmed me down and immediately rectified the problem. The people who do the real dirty work (no pun intended) for you, are to be recognized as well. The drivers are conscientious, observant & neat! There are never fly away items left on the ground because I've seen them pick such things up and put in the bin. On a few occasions they were unable to access our driveway because someone had parked in it thereby blocking the entrance. The driver took pictures on his phone and submitted it to the office. That made it easy for me to find out who the culprit was in our building! I'm an extremely satisfied customer and hope to be with you as a top notch service provider for a long time.

We've used ALOHA WASTE twice so far to remove junk from the house. We decided to try them out last year, and it was amazing so we went with them again this year to remove more junk. Sasha and all the drivers are exceptional. Great communication between Sasha and us, and between Sasha and the drivers. She was quick to keep us updated on the trucks as well as communicate with us even when she wasn't working. We can tell that they all really care about what they do. Hard to find this kind of customer service in this industry. The drivers knew what they were doing and were friendly and had great communication! Nothing but GREAT things to say about Aloha Waste, and I hope they never lose their enthusiasm and care!
