Did a drop in while traveling for work. Treated like family as soon as I walked in greeted with a fist pump and taught like I was a student that had been training with them for years. Highly recommend this gym 10 out of 10

I originally started training jiu jitsu at a different gym then a friend of mine invited me to an open mat at trilogy so I went and checked it out. It was a small open mat with only a couple of guys and they were all friendly. After going to that open mat I dropped in to a few classes to see what their normal classes were like. After a few weeks I left the gym I was training at to make trilogy my home gym. I grew up around martial arts and spent time in quite a few gyms and it's simple to distinguish between the assembly line style gyms and family style gyms. Trilogy is definitely a gym that has a welcoming/family feel to it. Desi Miner, Aimoku Miner and Branden Burgos are the primary instructors you'll meet and see running classes. All are very knowledgeable and excellent teachers. If you are brand new and have zero experience you're in good hands with them. They can break things down to the simplest forms so it's easy to understand and learn. If you are an experienced grappler and already have the basic fundamentals down you will definitely appreciate the unique and unorthodox style trilogy has to offer. Great gym that covers all aspects of fighting. Coach Desi, Moku, and Brandon are all high-level instructors with competition experience that have a deep knowledge in every aspect of Martial Arts. They've helped me tremendously not only on, but off the mats aswell and bring the best out of me. Classes are open to all ages, facility is very neat and organized. Great people that create a great environment to train in. Wouldn't wanna train anywhere else
