“I went into Dr. Berman’s office expecting a typical adjustment but was immediately greeted with a hug and a smile, followed by an hour and a half treatment. I tweaked my neck and whole upper back so bad (I woke up one morning with it messed up) and no one else could get me in that first day. But Dr. Berman responded very quick and got me in immediately. She worked out all of my tight and kinked up muscles in my neck and back and adjusted me perfectly. After the appointment I could breathe better, my face regained circulation, and I felt 1000x lighter. The pinch in my back didn’t completely go away immediately but just like she told me, it should release within 24-48 hour, and she was right. The pinch got better and better as the muscles relaxed and I am feeling great again. I recommend her to anyone with spinal and muscular issues. Thank you so much for your amazing practice!“

“Exercise has always been in my blood. I started weight lifting in 1982, and was lucky enough to have one hour (!) of training with a female trainer (!). After that, I was on my own with training and, as a consequence, hurt my shoulder badly. But it healed, or so I thought. Fast forward, Honolulu Club. Aaron was my trainer there, and initially I was skeptical as I wanted a female trainer. Boy oh boy, did I luck out with Aaron! 14 years at the Honolulu Club training together. Aaron is dependable, personable, professional, great thinking on his toes. For example, when I slacked exercising at the Club, he offered to split an hour to get me into the Club exercising. Basically, the biggest step is getting you into the Gym!!! And it worked! Another example, my old shoulder injury reared its ugly head and Aaron adapted our workout for that. Within a year, I was pain free, and as of today I still have full range of motion! How is that for consistency and patience and just do it attitude, all ushered by Aaron! Fast forward today, after 18 years of working out together, I have upped my spiel from 2 hours per week with Aaron to 4 hours a week. Consistency is key and he makes it easy looking to do weight lifting. Aaron is highly knowledgable in exercise physiology, kinesology, patient in building up strength, listens to feedback, and keeps exercises interesting and mixed-up. Even after 18 years and, by now, 4 hours a week of training, I can confidently state that I am not bored one bit by weight lifting and in fact look forward to my workout sessions with Aaron.“

“My first visit was a bit confusing at first because it was through the Active & Fit program so I wasn’t aware of the extra steps that I need to take. But once coach Chris got a hold of me he was able to give me a tour and answer any questions I had. I was just looking for a gym to use the cardio equipment but I may use their personal training and other services in the future. I’m glad they weren’t pushy about their products and services and they just let me know that they’re available when I need them.“
“It’s a good location and the staff is nice. They are good at replacing things that are broken or fixing equipment. Clean gym and the members are good at cleaning after themselves too. Only thing I wish they had room for another squat rack and had a dips station.“
