We contacted several different roofers to get quotes and also gather information on different types of roofing materials. We had multiple roofing companies come out to share information and give us quotes. All were pretty much in range with each other, but we selected Tory's based on feeling good about working with Noah and his family.We weren't wrong.The crew was friendly and efficient. Hard workers, yet communicative and easy to talk to. Every single one of them greeted us with a "good morning" when they arrived, and a "good bye" at the end of the day.You can tell a crew that works well together because there's very little talking.... read full review
My mom's roof needed to be replaced as it was over 30 years old. Based on the recommendation from my friend, I called Hunter from Tory's and an appointment was made. Quick, professional, and the best part? Surprisingly affordable (and outstanding work) - we received two other quotes from companies that have a larger marketing budget and Tory's quote was much more affordable. After we selected the shingles, we set a tentative date months in the future because of the backlog. However, the office staff would call when a day became available. Great experience w/Tory’s. I called for a quote several years ago & Hunter outdid the competition with a very comprehensive roof inspection which took a 1/2 hour. He then showed us pictures of all the problem areas due to water wood rot, wear and tear and all our options for our flat roof. Quote came in a couple of days. Due to circumstances beyond our control we couldn’t get a loan so put it on hold but kept the quote. We let Hunter know that we’d have to wait and he said to let him know if we had any more questions and to call him whenever we’re ready. He was very respectful and polite.
