First time trying this nail salon & I DID read the reviews beforehand. Each experience is a person's own & went in optimistic and the service I got was cool & the woman who worked on me was "great" personality wise(she did nic my toe with no acknowledgement of it - 2nd negative) & she did to quality work outside of that part, i have to give her that(which is the ONLY reason for the 5 stars)!. The 1st NEGATIVE was the channel the t.v. was on - for me personally, I just want to relax when receiving these services & tune the world out even just for a hour or so - I was not able to do so(didn'thave my headphones with me). My nail tech that did my pedicure used tools that were stored out of a coffee mug, a foot scraper and pumice stone that she threw back into her bucket. After my pedicure it was not apparent how she cleaned and sterilized the tools. I am used to seeing tools come out of an autoclave sterilization pouch, which is a great assurance. I was uneasy about the pedicure but was desperate to get it done. The pedicure was okay. I have had other nail techs clean, trim and file more neatly. My polish was not smooth.

I was out shopping and stopped by queen nails. They were nice and friendly so that is why there is a two star. But one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. It was really rushed and I think because of that turned out the way it did. I paid $50 plus I gave a tip because we made good conversation
. When it was done I looked at the polish and it was not even on the bottoms and looked crooked. Then the worst part he used a cheese grader to shave my feet and at the time I felt a lot of pressure and it kind of hurt. But didn’t think much of it.
