Update review. 10/14/2023. Trip to Europe. When I get to Heathrow airport, one of the repaired wheels lost the nut. I have to improvise and put a tape on the shaft to prevent it from losing the wheel. So far so good. I will never go back there to have my luggage repaired. Okay, I went to this shop because of three things. Saving money, supporting local small business and time. I checked and this is the only place I can find to repair wheels for my luggage. I went and the older gentleman received my luggage and gave me a quote of $50 to replace three wheels from my dual wheel luggage. I checked Amazon and it costs $20 for a pair of double wheels, cheaper, and you have two brand new dual wheels for one side. But I am out of time and don't want to chance of Amazon being late in delivery for my trip. Went on a Friday, said it will be ready by Thursday after lunch. My sister in law advised me not to go to this shop because he ruined her bag, I didn't listen. I went back on Monday to confirm with him if he will finish by Thursday, he said do not worry. Thursday came and the luggage is not ready, said he was so busy. He asked to give him one hour, I said okay. One hour later, it's not ready, said that the shaft he had was too long, he needs to buy a new one. Asked to go back again before the end of the day. I wish I can do that but I myself have appointments to do everyday that is why we have appointments scheduled ahead. I felt that some people don't have respect for other people's time. I returned the next day and the luggage is done. It looked different as far as wheels because it has different styles from the original Delsey wheels. The cap on one side is missing but that is minor for me. As long as these wheels can handle the cobblestone streets. I felt that he was sincerely sorry for not repairing it on time, but I think because of language barrier (he's older Korean), it felt different the way he talked. I could've purchase a brand new checked in luggage, $100++ but, I love my Delsey, and the only problem is some worn out wheels. Will I have it replaced again to this shop? I will probably just buy a new pair of wheels and do it myself, then I will pay myself for labor. Overall, I am happy that my problem is fixed.

Made a key for me. Only does door keys. Can’t do the ones with a chip, or just won’t. Cash only. Doesn’t take card he said.Still requiring masks. I didn’t have one but he still made my key. $8 for a Toyota door key.

Needed a vintage car key duplicated. This grandma grandpa shop delivered and super fast too! None of the other large hardware stores would or were able to cut my own OEM blanks. These guys were a life saver. Like others mentioned, English is not their first language so don't expect to have a heart to heart conversation. They are fantastic at their trade. I used my own blanks but they had a huge selection of other key blanks in shop. I'm sad that once they are gone, no other skilled key makers will be taking their place. Keep these gems in business.
