I don't love writing poor reviews especially when the people are nice, but this was the most disappointing manicure I've ever had and I wanna save other ladies the experience. There was a brief water soak and then the lady went in hard on my cuticles. Usually they use a cuticle gel and other stuff to soften them first. I ended up bleeding and she told me it was because my nailbed was dry. Well, yes, that's why it's probably important to moisturize it. It's the next day and it's still red and some dried blood. When I pointed out to her that my finger was bleeding she said she'd paint over it - I had to insist she wipe away the blood before painting. Who wants blood painted into their mani?! The gel mani itself looks subpar, it's kinda bumpy/puffy, like she used too much product or something. When I got home one had already chipped which really should never happen with gel polish. Anyway, just a bummer, with my budget I don't get gel mani's too often, so it's nice to have them look beautiful when I decide to treat myself. Also the massage was really short. Pros: staff seemed nice, especially one lady who wasn't working on me but chatted with me. I'm sure if they put a little more effort / care into their work they could do much better. Use more products (most places have a wipe they use after gel dries, etc.) and take a bit more time.

Not bad, because my other half got a hair cut & this place was right next door I came here for a pedicure. First time, I usually go in Waipahu at the only place I go to but this was a emergency cause who wants that ugly not so pretty feet. "NOT ME" kinda different here. Chairs is old, the water is just plain water, & the cleaning wise was different too. But at this point I really don't care cause while someone is cutting his hair next door I'm relaxing w a pedicure & will have pretty feet again. Ps! It was empty too. Not one person was in here LOL. Which it seemed odd. Thank you tho, now I can have the pretty feet for my other half birthday celebration tonight!!! Don't think I'll be back, the only reason I came was cause a "911 EMERGENCY" on the toes lol & needed nice feet for tonight..
