Karl at Cunningham was able to give me an estimate and service within a sensible time frame that completely resolved my issue with our dryer vent. The professionalism and subsequent results were outstanding. The price I paid was $350 for a 750 sq ft condo dryer vent clearing service. They found a birds nest and a few other things they were able to resolve. We had a ground unit where the vent went out at ground level. Although we found its a bit expensive, the timeliness and quality was easily worth it. Thanks guys!

I called another ac company (won't mention the name) that came up on Google search but the employees were sassy and attitudes. They also wanted to rip me off suggesting me to buy a whole new unit for $10,000. Omg! I just needed cleaning. So I called Cunningham's and another AC company left a message for both companies. Cunninghams called me first. I'm so happy they did because right off the back, John Cunninham (the son) was the most nicest polite professional person. This is a local family owned business. I hired Cunningham's Air Systems Cleaning Specialist to clean my Dryer Duct in my home. They sent a very professional technician that did a Video Inspection of the Dryer Duct that could have caused a fire in my home! I was really relieved to have this cleaned and he told me I should have this done every year. I can highly recommend Cunningham's as the price was also reasonable and I can have peace of mind now.
