I was Referred by a friend to go to blink. my eyes are inspected by Dr. Tanaka and I bought my first pair of glasses with them. Good service this past year 2023. I dropped off the same pair of glassesthat I purchased from them, I needed the frames to be repaired, to make a long story short I dropped it off July 7 and I just picked it up on December 7 and nothing was done to my glasses no repair no phone calls back but I called back four times and they said they were going to find out what the problem was no phone calls back so you tell me what rating should they get?

They shitty they service cannot answer they phone can't check the voicemail . Been calling since last week (when you guys said the glasses will be done) called yesterday left voicemail no call back nothing . No answer today either . NO can dat kine so shitty go somewhere else that won't Waste your time or tell you a FALSE time line

I needed to be seen within a day, called through 5 people on YELP and they were the first that could take me since someone cancelled their appointment. Melissa, Kayla and Dr Tanaka took really good care of me and I was impressed the way the techs set up and explained the process to me. They also had this really cool, fancy eye camera that showed me the back, veins and back of my eye. Dr Tanaka walked me through what everything meant. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an outstanding experience.
