I needed a 430' driveway sprayed for weeds. And I needed it done quickly to show to a buyer. They were very honest with me regarding the effectiveness if it rained and it rains a lot here in Mt. View. They worked with me to come asap when the weather decided to cooperate, understanding my need for the quick service. Great value also! I would definitely use them again!!

I have a 6+ acre property that I need a lot of help with. I saw a Castro's truck at Home Depot and called them for some info, and it was a dream come true after that. The customer service is on point! I didn't wait more than a couple hours for a call back and from there... it was consistent follow through. Duncan and his team have so far created a beautiful new driveway for me and more work is underway. He operates his business with good business ethic as well as integrity, always keeping his customers budget and interests as a priority. He is a family owned and well operated company and that is something I love to support. He goes above and beyond and does not waste your time or his. I would recommend Castros to anyone on Big Island looking for any work on their property. Duncan and his crew have been such a blessing to me. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with Duncans services for many months. However he just stop coming and will not reply to my texts...thus the 3 stars. I asked for service in Feb. but he said he would try and make it that Friday but I guess he was too busy. Have not heard from him since. I don't know of anything that we have done to warrant this. We hope that he and his family are doing well and continue to do so. Aloha
