“Ive been looking for someone on the west side that does waxing services, and on a whim and after reading yelp reviews decided to come to The Hive Esthetics.

I'm so happy I came! They're in the Pearl City Business Plaza on the 4th floor. There's lots of parking so no worries there. I walked off the elevator and there were just a bunch of offices so l was a little wary. I got to their suite and opened it up to find this super clean and remodeled office! It was so beautiful, cozy, and clean inside!

I had a full Brazilian wax service done here with Bella and it was the fastest, pleasant, and most pain free service l've ever had for a delicate area. She was sweet and professional and has great technique. I highly recommend this place for your waxing needs and to take advantage of specials they have in house with packages. Trust me, you WILL come back so invest in her packages and thank me later! I already booked her for next month and am relieved I found a place to go to now!“

“Ku'i was amazing! She walked me through the process of shaping my eye brows and communicated every step with me! The environment was relaxing and calm, I even fell asleep duringthe process. “There are a handful of beauty artists that have a table to service their clients in this clean and well lit office space. So far I've been to Alisha of Kahena Beauty for brows and Sissy for eyeliner- both tattoo artists. The table next to me was applying lash extensions. She works very quietly. The shop is super girly decorated with cutesy signs inside the entrance. I had a chance to look at the white cut out panels suspended from the ceiling. Very clever and creative. They are located in the row of businesses with a vape shop at the turn in. For reference they are past Jack In The Box and one turn in before Shige's. They perform their craft on tables rather than recliners.“

If I could her more stars, I would!!! Rothana is the best! You can tell she really loves what she does and takes really good care of her clients! ? I felt very comfortable around her and she gave me so much advice and answered all the questions I had. This is for sure my new favorite spot to go to! “My surgeon suggested a lymphatic massage after a recent procedure to avoid developing fibrosis and hematomas, not to mention overall proper and speedy healing. While in search for this, I came across one of the Indulge's owners (Julie) TikTok and IG. From IG, I was taken to Indulge's website where I was able to book my appointment with one of their LMTs, Terry. She's been with Indulge since the beginning and I think that says a lot about the company, which actually seems more like family. Terry is phenomenal and wears multiple hats; she can even do your lashes! Don't wait until the last minute to book, though, she's in high demand, especially for her lymphatic massage. Terry took the time to listen, made sure I was comfortable, had warm hands (who doesn't love that during a massage?!), and made me feel relaxed almost instantly. Love her personality and glad I booked a bundle with her and can't wait for my next appointment. The spa is clean, nicely decorated--pampas and fringe pillows sure jeuje a place up, free parking (handicap accessible stalls and ramps as well), and outside the hectic activity downtown Honolulu and Waikīkī offer. There's a snack cart with a Keurig machine, too! Sometimes grabbing a bite to eat gets put on the back burner, so having a little something to nibble on is kind and thoughtful. She is super helpful, she is patient when understanding what I want when I come in, and she is the absolute sweetest! “The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because I don't like feeling surprised at the checkout. This salon has a lovely owner who greets you at the door, friendly, and efficient staff. You definitely payed more for the spa experience here than the actual nails. I got a deluxe spa which included parafin wax and a 5min message on each leg which was lovely. The gel manicure also included a 2.5 min massage on each hand, which was okay. She for some reason did not put much lotion which felt like she was dry rubbing my arm. I have a reaction to acetone which I shared with my nail tech. But didn't like how she took my full set off with a single acrylic nail chipping one at a time instead of filing it down. Never in my 35 years have I seen anyone do that, it was painful and time consuming. The gel pedicure I liked, "Leah" did them. but the gel manicure was just okay. I believe her name was "Jessica". She shared with me she has been there for 3 months now so perhaps she is still learning. However, at $147 I would have liked to feel more secure with my nail tech and their techniques. I was quite surprised at the checkout to pay $147 for an acrylic take off, gel mani, gel pedi with "deluxe". Looking at my hands I would return again for the service when I needed a "treat me" day but was not so impressed with my actual manicure. Here is my manicure for reference.“

- Rossy keeps a clean salon! After my first visit, I never went back to another salon. I can trust her with my nails, and am proud to recommend her to my friends amd family.
- Quality of quantity!!! I cannot stress this enough! Rossy takes the time to give you what you want. It isn’t about getting as many clients in and out as she can, but providing the best services. Tell her what you want and she will ensure time is set aside to make it happen.
- Price transparency! There is nothing worse than somehow leaving the salon with a $200 bill. This WILL NOT happen here. Rossy is straightforward about her prices and will tell you what cost are associated. Whether it’s a simple fill, glammed out nails, or handpainted art.
- Her pedicure services are amazing. I used to go to other salons and would always leave with my nails too short or an infection! It got to the point where I didn’t want to get pedicures because I didn’t want to leave in pain. Rossy listened to my concerns and I have never experienced those issues again.
- ✨ SELECTION ✨ When I tell you she has every polish, glitter, sticker, foil, and more! And if she doesn’t she will literally hand paint it ??? Talk about never-ending options.
- She uses quality products and is trained and experienced in her field. My nails easily last 4 weeks without lifting or chipping. I’ve seen many of her other clients have their nails last even longer!
- She won’t use or practice techniques that are bad for your nails. Again, quality quality quality! If you want short and natural nails, she’s got it. If you want long and glamourous nails, that’s right, she’s got it. I’ve gone from short to long, simple to glammed out, and I am always happy.

Above all, Rossy cares and she listens I look forward to our appointments because she has always made me feel like a friend
