Katie is a gem. Her space is quiet and relaxing. Her hands take healing to a whole new level. She's been doing bodywork on me for 4-5 years and after every massage, I'm ready to book another one. Her online booking is so easy, especially if you have a constantly changing work schedule like I do. She's super accommodating and I feel like a new person after she's worked on me. Pay extra for the hot stone massage. It's like buttery stone melting your sore muscles. I can't even describe the awesomeness.
This place rocks!! I work in construction so I have many aches, pains and large knots. Katie at Paradiso Bodywork made me a new man. She used unique techniques like sarga to really gettin there and break up all the knots. I haven’t felt this loose, flexible, and pain free in years. Thanks Katie!!
Paradiso Bodywork and massage is insaneee. I have never had such a well done professional massage before. The therapist was so responsive to my body and what pressure I needed and where I needed it. She was very professional and kind and the environment was fabulous (of course it's Maui). I specifically have a large knot between my shoulder blades and I asked her to focus on that area and she made sure to take the time to dedicate to that knot and It felt so much looser when she was done.
