Lala is an empathetic, sensitive, and loving practitioner. Her skills go beyond physical healing to emotional healing. I have had a few sessions with her and have always left feeling more connected to myself and peaceful. She has been continuously following up with helpful insights and provided additional advice via email, free of charge. I cannot recommend her enlightenment for anyone looking for treatment based on Ayurveda and Lala’s other rich experiences und Eastern medicine.

One of the best ways to love yourself! The śirodhāra treatment is a very deeply powerful healing modality that returns you to the truth of your self. It is a powerful personal reset.

Lala was recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I followed her recommendation. This was the best massage I have ever had in my life! Lala is strong, knowledgeable, and such a skilled practitioner. I feel very grateful for my experience in her charming environment! It was magical.
