He did a great job refinishing our floors and guided us towards a matte finish that we wouldn't have chosen without his advice - it made for a great, modern look, exactly the kind of finish we'd hoped for. On top of his expertise, there were a couple of small spots that didn't meet our exacting standards, and he came back out to make it right - he was honest and transparent about the whole thing, and made us feel like we were in good hands.
