We were referred to Nadine by our contractor. I had some initial reservations as the selection was not as varied as I would have hoped for when we had visited the store previously. However, the day we walked in Nadine happened to be working. After a few
minutes of talking with her I was sold. She was so knowledgeable about her products and the ordering process. She knew what questions to ask to help her determine what products to recommend. Her product knowledge and responsiveness were unmatched. But, her ability to manage expectations throughout the process is a gift.
