Dr Haas is great, however the clinic is under new ownership and support staff is curt not understanding and argumentative. We had a problem with prescribed medication thought we were getting a tropical instead and got pills for a six month supply one pet month but with an expiration date in 4 months. When we called to request the topical to replace the pills the receptionist was either unable to understand our problem or didn't care. After 50 years of using this clinic we are switching. Even having a good vet will not overcome this type of staff. Emergent call on a Sunday and our sick kitty Otis was in great hands. Great bedside manner and care was given to Otis. I'm so glad that an Emergent call number is available when needed.
