We are very happy with the installation. The guys were meticulous in selecting the pieces to make sure they were not damaged or warped and that they fit together smoothly. They asked where we wanted the seems when they were installing the quarter round rather than just put it wherever they wanted to. They cleaned up everything before they left. We will definitely use them again when we need new floors.

We had water damage to our bamboo flooring in 2020 and we decided to go with Flooring Innovations to replace the flooring. Owner Mark showed up promptly and gave us an estimate. The work was done professionally, they showed up on time and worked hard. After the bamboo was done, we decided to change all the carpet in the upstairs as well. Innovation also does carpet replacement for Home Depot, which is where we purchased our carpet. Again they were prompt and did an excellent job. It was easy working with Mark and Art. We were really impressed with Jordan and Ryan who did the majority of the bamboo replacement. Sorry I can't remember the carpet layers' names but they were excellent as well. I don't often give 5 star reviews, however, they are honest, show up on time, are very reasonable for labor costs and do excellent work. They also stand behind their work and if there is something wrong they repair it. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. Good job guys!
