“I contacted WASA Electric a few weeks ago to get a second opinion on a quote for electrical work that needed to be done at the school I work at. The quote was time sensitive - I needed to include it as supporting documentation for a school lunch equipment grant. Iʻd contacted 4-5 other electricians prior to contacting WASA - only one of whom I was able to get a hold of. My first call to WASA I was able to speak to their secretary. She put me in touch with Robin Perreira who, despite being very busy & probably having several other higher-profile jobs, made the trip all the way out to Kekaha to have a look at the schoolʻs electrical infrastructure. I really appreciated this - many of the other contractors Iʻd contacted did not want to make the effort to come out to the school. Robin explained it was so he could give us as accurate a project estimate as possible. Very impressed with Robinʻs professionalism and customer service. He got me the quote I needed (much more accurate & professionally done than the previous one Iʻd received from another contractor) and we will likely be hiring his guys at WASA to come do the job (so long as we receive the grant funding!)
