I received texts informing me of the time, when the repairman was on his way, and follow up. They really do go all out to make sure you are in constant contact, using up to date technology. The lady organizing everything was straightforward, friendly and very easy to talk to. Jay the repairman walked in and found the problem straight away, had the part ordered and was advising me to book in for the following week so he could do the repair. He was professional, friendly and knew his way around a refrigerator! I was blown away by Malama and their professionalism. Unusual on Maui and so refreshing. I will definitely be using them for all my future appliance repairs. Mahalo Malama!“
