Stylist: Ryan was amazing he did a great job walking me through every step of the way since it was my first tattoo and making sure I was comfortable throughout. He did an amazing job on the tattoo itself it is exactly what I asked for and could've dreamed of he truly delivered. He does great with fine line tattoos and small details I definitely recommend him and would get a tattoo from him again if I'm ever in the area.
We were offered a photo shoot at the hotel we stayed at in Maui, with a credit for ordering photos, so we decided to take advantage of the offer. Melanni, was our photographer and she was so fun to work with! She took photos of us around the beautiful grounds, finishing on the beach at sunset. We love our photos and the beautiful video that she put together for us!

Apex Auto Detailing was one of the many options we inquired for ceramic coating. He was responsive to our questions and his portfolio is why we chose them to do our vehicle! If I could give a 6-star to Moku Builders and Jeff Cocker I would. They redid the entirety wall to wall, floor to ceiling of our Kapalua Golf Villa in 2018 and it is still magnificent today - and yes, it is in a rental program. Stunning work, incredibly organized and proficient, super attention to detail, amazing person to work with. You absolutely must consider them.
Pre-Lahaina devastation last spring we contacted Mark to replace the 20-plus year-old tile countertops in our Napili Point dressing areas. The previous year, we selected granite at Hawaiian Ceramic Tile and luckily made three choices (and took photos). It took a year to find a local contractor who would commit to the job. Mark was the man for the job. He kept in touch during the summer as he worked around our schedule. In September, he got the work done. We selected faucets on the Mainland while making sure there were plenty of them listed on the Kahului Home Depot website. The results are perfect and even better than we could visualize. (We had picked three granite patterns knowing that not all would be available by the time we got the work done. Only one pattern was left.) A bonus was that Mark thoughtfully kept three of the custom tiles from the original counter. We loved those tiles and now have three great coasters. Mark gets points by staying in touch, and sending demolition and installation photos. Mahalo, Mark. We hope to work with you again.
UPDATE: We received an email from Morganne at Best Screen and she has been amazing to work with. The manufacturer sent out a new screen and Best Screen came out to install at no charge. The new screen looks amazing and we are happy we gave Best Screen the opportunity to rectify this unfortunate situation. Taking over a business can cause some growing pains and it appears that could have been the situation here. We are very happy with our new screen door from Best Screen!
Mali is the very best!! I have had massages all over the mainland for over 40 years. She has a gift!! Mali is the overall greatest. She takes the time to find the issues in my back and resolve them!! I am seeing her on a weekly basis!! I have major back issues and couldn't make it through the week without her!!

Andreza did an awesome job with our 6 year old labradoodle. Hadn’t been professionally groomed in over 4 years since we moved to Lana’i. Andreza was both professional and efficient. We were able to come over on the first ferry and catch the 1pm ferry back to Lana’i. We will definitely be seeing her again in three months!

Needed a haircut while in Maui. Did a quick search on Yelp and found Refined Kulture close to our hotel. I knew as soon as I saw the pictures that this was my place. Walked in without an appointment and got hooked up with Daniel. The place is old school feel but doing excellent work. Daniel did a fantastic job on my haircut (I am particular about my cuts) and chatted the entire time. Super cool dude and will make it a point to go again on my next trip. He even cleaned up my beard. I look damn near respectable after he was done. This place gets my respect and appreciation. Danny, thanks for taking care of this old Vet!

The ladies at Happy nails did a wonderful job on our 2 pedicures. The salon was clean and they were able to get us in within 1 hr of me calling on a Sunday. I actually picked a color that was much more green once on my toe and they happily picked up 5 additional polishes to help me find one that was more blue. I will definitely come back when in Kaanapali.

I was able to book a last minute appointment for a Friday color and cut. My master colorist Jessie was a true professional. She really thought through my hair color dilemma and made a great suggestion to go from over bleached blonde to a mix of my natural hair color and golden tones. She took her time and gave me a nice cut and conditioner too. Felt and looked so much better. Highly recommended Jessie for your color and cut needs.

This is the review written on behalf of my wife! She contacted Amanda. We got her reference from Better Together Photography. Luckily she was available in the day of our photo shoot. Though it was 3 hrs in advance I should commend that her makeup survived going home and then the photo shoot location and even light drizzle. She was very accommodating with what wife wanted with her hair and skin tones for blush/ lipstick. I loved her look. It was total $120 for makeup including lashes and $65 for hair ( basic heat treatment and curling) Amanda is very polite and easy to work with. I'd recommend her to anyone who is looking to get hair or makeup done while on island. Note- they do not offer ani/ pedi service anymore. The parking is behind the building. The location is on the level 1 or same as parking.
All I have to say is AMAZING! It was my first time booking a lash lift + tint at Mia Lashes & Skin Care. Their girl Alexxys was so gentle and precise with my lashes. She made me feel comfortable and the vibe was very calm that I fell asleep during my session. I have stubborn straight Asian lashes that can't hold a curl. So the results of my lash lift was even more than I expected it to turn out. I will definitely come back and have services with Alexxys again!

After 60 minutes with Ann I felt like I had been to the physical therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist all in one. Her style, touch and attention to detail created a full body release of all tension. Go straight for 90 minutes because you won’t want it to end. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend.

Just enjoyed a terrific facial with Rebecca at the Spa at The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The facility is very nice with a spacious locker room, wet facilities and two lovely relaxation lounges. Rebecca’s expertise and kindness was above and beyond my expectations, the best facial I have ever received!
We ended our honeymoon here, and my now husband said it was the best massage he ever received! The ambiance was inviting, clean, soothing, and relaxing. The lotions smelled “heavenly” wishing I bought a scent to take home with me! We felt very well taken care of with drinks & snacks!! Thank you for topping off our trip to Maui!

We had such a great massage here! My husband and I got a couples massage of the hot stone massage, and we also purchased a hot stone massage for my dad for Father's Day. We all throughly enjoyed our massages! The massages were in rooms with a small opening at the top that opens to the outside, so you have full privacy but can also hear the birds and waterfalls outside. We did have a few people walk by and we heard them as well, but our massages were at 9am so we didn't hear many people, but hearing the birds and nature was so relaxing that a few people didn't really matter. All three of our therapists were very nice and made sure to ask what we wanted and if we were enjoying the massage. The place was also very clean which I appreciated. The spa doesn't have any additional amenities, which I would have liked from a resort spa, but they state this clearly on their website so it's not a surprise. The prices are high, but they are comparable if not a little lower than all other spas in the Lahaina/Ka'anapali resort area. Overall, a great massage!
I am beyond thrilled with our stay here. We lucked out with a ground floor room right off the lobby, an amazing location. Everything is so beautiful, from the landscaping to the lobby to the rooms. It was awesome having a full kitchen (even a dishwasher!) and huge bathroom. There is a grocery story walking distance or a short drive away, so you can save a ton of money and cook your own meals. The pools are very nice. I wish they were warmer! There was always plenty of seating, and so many cozy little spots to hang out. The beach is fine. Not the best beach on the island by any means but it's so nice having it right there off the hotel! It's smooth and sandy but pretty steep and no shade. Bring your own umbrella and chairs if possible. Having the little store in the lobby was amazing. The prices weren't that bad for Hawaiian honestly and it was nice being able to grab snacks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and tell my friends to, but if you stay here for your entire trip you'll want to drive to other beaches.

I have been working with West Maui Cleaning for seven months now, and they have not disappointed me once. I am grateful we found them. Their attention to detail is incredible, and they communicate every step of the way. Our STR would not do so well if it wasn't for them. 360 Cleaning did a great job getting our place ready to rent! I appreciated how they were thorough and went under the couches and pulled the refrigerator out to clean underneath, etc & if I had any questions or wanted something more done on an area, they made it right:) Would highly recommend!

I work three jobs to be able to afford to live on Maui, most people do. If there's one thing you can do to give back to yourself it's to get a massage with Mina. I feel 20lbs lighter and have so much stress and tension released from my body. She is absolutely the best massage therapist I've ever seen!
Nida is her name! She took care of every detail. I'm a massage therapist too and I know when someone is there to work! I requested deep tissue and she gave me just that. She not only applied the right amount of pressure each time but she knew exactly when to lay off. She did some Thai work which I love as well. It was her timing for me. The transitions, It was always on point. Going back to see her again for sure.

My cousin recommended Eli and I’m so glad she did! I got a deep tissue massage and felt immediate relief and so relaxed after. She asked questions prior to the massage to make sure she knew what to focus on, double checked I didn’t have any injuries or that would come into play with the twisting and pulling. She would check in to make sure I was comfortable or that the pressure/temperature was right. The office feels more like a home and quite inviting. I enjoyed talking to her after the massage where she gave me a glass of water and a biscoff cookie and it felt more like I was talking to a friend. Highly recommend Eli and can’t wait to visit again! Have had a 90min deep tissue at her previous location. Great technique and strength and has a lot of tools for suggestions on knot removal. Was able to get an appointment this past trip, but will definitely be getting in touch for another massage once I'm back in town.
Kellee at Two Palms is amazing!! Book the massage!! I had a 90 min massage with her in July 2022 and again in July 2024, both were absolutely incredible. She is kind, patient, and caring. She listens to your needs and does an incredible job. Perfect amount of pressure. I loved the soothing music, warm towels, and aromatherapy she used. Booking is super easy, just shoot a text to her phone number. She accepts credit cards and cash. I walked right over from my condo next door at Napili Point both times. Took me 3 minutes. She's a great gal. Support local!

My hips are getting so much better Carter! Been dealing with this pain for like 7 years and it's just been getting worse and finally I see the light of it getting better. Caught myself leaning on my right foot yesterday and I haven't done that in at least 2 years. My gate is getting much better and my body has been feeling great!
I had an amazing 90 minute massage by Jodi. She is fantastic. She worked on my trouble spots and I left feeling so relaxed. My daughter and son-in-law both saw her for 60 minute massages and they were very happy with their massages. We all will definitely use Jodi again. Thank you Jodi!
