Feeling fortunate to have connected with Ka’anohiokala and NIU Hawai’i. My partner searched and scheduled a massage when I was having serious pain and difficulty sleeping. Ka’anohi’s sense of touch and listening to the response both spoken and unspoken are very well honed.

I’m about two days out from the massage and still enjoying improved sleep and less pain in the base of my neck and my hips where he worked most. Even if you don’t have a major issue I would suggest a session with Ka’anohi just to recalibrate and learn more about your own patterns of holding or tension.

I experienced a neck injury while traveling for vacation. I scheduled a last minute appointment straight out of the airport and NIU Hawaii got me in. The massage helped me a lot and allowed me to enjoy Hawaii. 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend NIU Hawai'i to get relief from life's daily aches and pains. Ka'anohi made me feel so comfortable as we discussed what he would do to work out the kinks from decades of stress upon my body. I walked out with full motion of my neck and shoulders. Looking forward to my next visit!
