We love Hilo Holiday Pet Hotel! The owners and staff are so caring and loving to our dogs Bear and Nui! They make sure that our dogs get their playtime in and are well cared for. Eddie, Gwynn, (Owners) care so much about our dogs and our ohana. They treat us like we are family. Stephanie and Jenn take the utmost care of all the pets, showing them lots of love and attention. We recommend this pet hotel to everyone!
My husband and I went on a mini vacation to California for 5days, so we decided to board 3 of our 6 dogs (only because 1 needs 24-7 care and on medication ) and our bluenose needs human interaction. I was very sceptical and wanted to back out of our vacation until I met Eddie and it changed! His personality and how he handles them gave me a sense of piece! Yes I would use them again and yes I highly reccomend them! Thank you Eddie and your staff at HHPH!!
