“We took my dog to these guys to get shots and a nail clipping. We assumed it would take about 30 minutes. They returned in about 5 minutes and everything was done. I should add that my dog is utterly terrified of everything. She has the most anxiety of any creature I know. - and they were so warm and patient with her. “I have the Petco Premier service (grandfathered at approx $17/MO x 2 dogs) which gives me unlimited nail clips and teeth brushing as well as 20% off all food that I purchase. If you order online and pick up you receive another 10% off (if it's over $50) which when you have four dogs like I do, helps considerably with overall finances. The program gives you $15 credit for each dog you have on the program, which helps with my food bills. As for the groomers, you have to find the one that works best with your dog. I use Angelica and Kapeka because they do really well with my big Rhodesian Ridgebacks. They take the time to get to know my dogs and are patient. I occasionally will bring in my wild child rescue who HATES to have her paws touched and these two amazing ladies are able to get it done graciously. My fourth dog lets me dremel her nails reluctantly so I don't have to bring her in. I have found over the course of eight years of service here that the staff will change from time to time and the service levels with it. Patience is a virtue in Maui because service is NOT a top priority on this island, being that every company is short staffed, keep in mind that "this took shall pass." Wait it out and you'll have new people to work with eventually.“
