Theresa was able to accommodate me while traveling to Kauai. She worked with me twice while I was there for 5 total days. She is very skilled and gave me great cues. The sessions were challenging yet also gave me the stretching I needed. I highly recommend visiting her studio. Appointments are required but she was very responsive to the emails I sent ahead of the trip.
Great instructor! Whenever I come to Kauai, one of my first tasks is to book sessions with Theresa. Wonderful knowledge of the best techniques to target those problems areas. Thanks Theresa for another set of great sessions during my visit. See you next trip!
