My wife and I wanted a destination wedding, and started the search for a location and a person that would handle the preparations at this end. We came upon Frieda Gayle’s website and were immediately drawn to her. We contacted Frieda over a year ago, and made arrangements for her to handle the officiating. She was very friendly and extremely helpful through the whole process. She was very professional yet a down to earth person, it was so easy dealing with her. We felt so comfortable with her. She provided us with many options, and made arrangements with a lovely photographer, Ashley. Frieda went above and beyond to make this a memorable occasion. If we were to do this all over again, we would contact Frieda in an instance. She always responded promptly to our emails and made sure that we were happy with the whole process. Ranking Frieda on a scale of 10, she deserves full kudos, and 10++. Absolutely no question about it, we would totally recommend her to all.

I highly recommend all the kids to take Rochelle's private class! During our stay at Kauai, our kids (11yr & 8yr ) took Rochelle's semi private lesson. As a parent, to be able to witness both our kids catching and riding waves over and over, was a pure bless.11yr was able to hop and catch the wave instantly. Rochelle knows how to push him out in the water with such a right timing in such a little wave. We took Rochelle's class once again on our departure date, and then we've witnessed him catching his own was with his own paddling was so magical.8yr, while she was not in the mood to even participate in the pre-session lecture to begin with, with Rochelles one little magic in the water, turned my 8yr into a instant surfer girl. She had such a positive experience with her first surfing experience!I must say I made a right choice of sending our kids to Rochelles private class for their very first surfing lesson rather than sending off to a general group lesson. Our kids both had such a positive time learning and experiencing surfing with Rochelle, which made them go back surfing day after day during our 2 week stay in Poipu.I'd suggest you contact and consult Rochelle Ballard surf into yoga, to see what classes she offers for you and your family needs!

I am visiting here and desperately needed my roots touched up. Char got me in immediately. I was so pleased with my hair. She even cut my husbands hair while I was processing. Really loved her. Her studio is completely her. Will definitely go again. Just knowing she's there and I can call her is more than comforting.
Blythe and her team are reliable, responsive, and efficient. They have done gardening and pressure washing for my home, and did quality work each time. They respond to messages promptly, show up when they say they will, and respond to issues effectively. During one service there was a small issue; when I reached out to discuss, Blythe responded immediately and had the issue handled the very next day. Thanks for helping keep my home maintained and landscaped!

Needed some paint work in a house with high ceilings and a challenging stairway. Noah made it look easy. He worked quickly, kept everything clean as he worked, especially because the floors were of a special wood that needed to be protected. I could see that Noah took pride in his work and ability. He made recommendations on the right type of paint to use for what we needed to have done. And he got everything done in the amount of time he had promised when he did the first inspection which was followed up by a quote. If we ever need more paintwork done, he will be the first one I call.
I highly recommend Dr Davis. I’ve been going to him since I was in elementary with scoliosis. I even went to him when I was pregnant and suffering pain in my back. He is not only professional, consistent but is also very personable, sharing interesting facts and stories while leaving you feeling like a million dollars. I would choose an adjustment with Dr Davis over a manicure or massage…hands down any day!!

I say to you reading this, if you need your hair done and you're fortunate enough to get Jane to call you back you will not be disappointed. An original Kauai resident providing hair care for local folk. Don't expect modern this that but do expect professional hair work, from color to cuts and even a perm. Who does that anymore. Prices so low I think she is in a time warp. I paid double !! You will too. Located across Koloa Church.

Theresa was able to accommodate me while traveling to Kauai. She worked with me twice while I was there for 5 total days. She is very skilled and gave me great cues. The sessions were challenging yet also gave me the stretching I needed. I highly recommend visiting her studio. Appointments are required but she was very responsive to the emails I sent ahead of the trip.
Heather is very knowledgeable and friendly! She truly cares for and loves every single animal. . Also I had a million questions about my newly adopted dog not even regarding pet boarding, and she gladly answered every question and gave me wonderful advice. I highly recommend this place!
I really loved my experience here. This is one of the most fancy (and expensive) spas I have been to. My 90 minute sports massage with Makana was amazing. I also took advantage of the steam room, jacuzzi, ice plunge pool, and lap swimming pool (outdoor lap pools are my favorite!). I booked this on my last day of vacation as I had to check out of my hotel, and I was able to relax and refresh. I also had some tea and dried pineapple which was a nice touch. I would come back if on Kauai.
Love that I can drop laundry off, especially for vacation rentals, no complaints good thing about it I don't have to wash/dry and fold laundry on my own
We had massages here on our last day of vacation. It was a lovely ending to our trip and got us relaxed for our evening flight home. Spa amenities are great, as are the massages. Definitely on our list for our next visit to the island.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful. From the staff to the location, it provides everything you need. The entire staff is amazing and the overall place has us wanting to comeback. Perfect for couples as there are definitely less children than the Hyatt or other big names in the area.
