If I could give less than one star I would. This man has no communication skills, and does not know how to pick up a phone to communicate with his client. I have no idea whether my taxes were filed, or if an extension was filed, because he won't answer my texts, phone calls or emails. It's as if he doesn't exist. If he was too busy to take me as a client, he should have stated so. Oh, but he doesn't use a phone, so how could he? Worst tax experience of my life. I will not use him again.

If you are thinking about hiring Richard Keheo as your personal CPA for individual tax work, business tax or EVEN small business accounting needs I WOULD HIGHLY RECONSIDER and look elsewhere for a CPA. And to the person above me who stated richard is a thoughtful accountant, please know that is NOT. Obviously Richard forgot one of the most important lessons in business, which is to treat people, customers, and potential clients with respect. Richard is the type of man who would rather hang up the phone on a person, as opposed to saying "thank you, but we are not interested at the time." And its that quality in a person, that is rude, disrespectful, and a quality I would not ever want from a person managing my finances.
