Amazing studio and instructors. They have a class for everyone. They make all levels feel welcome. From restorative, to yin, to tough vinyasa & barre classes. They have it all. I cannot say enough good things about this space, the energy and the wonderful instructors/yogis. I only wish I found this studio sooner. I’m hooked!Also, they have livestream classes for those days when you can’t make it to the studio or for when you are traveling. They offer intro packages, which is how I found them, and I never looked back. 5 stars all the way!
Excellent yoga studio with a variety of classes for all levels. Teachers are knowledgeable and open and will guide you with your personal yoga experience. Pricing is very reasonable for the island and you always feel better after each class.
I decided to try yoga here because of the great selection of classes and the facility is very nice and clean. I started by signing up with the Kamaa'ina introductory special. They offer various options of enrollment and a class drop in for $20. The yoga teachers have been very knowledgeable and friendly. There are mats, bolsters, blocks and straps available for your practice. Parking in the front can be an issue but there is plenty of parking available behind the building or across the way.
