Maui Medical Group Inc. offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and minimal wait times. Patients appreciate the excellent care from Dr. Cecilia Harrington, who is personable, attentive, and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Simon Hill is also highly regarded for his communication and warmth. While the parking lot is small but not congested, some concerns have been raised about a gas smell in the facility, suggesting potential updates to the air conditioning system. Overall, patients enjoy their experiences and find the office comfortable and worth the commute.
Dr. Cecilia Harrington is excellent! After trying to get a Primary Care doctor for months, she was "chosen" for me. She is very personable, listens, has a sense of humor (this is important in medicine when you get older, haha). She is also very patient. A big plus is that she is in an office in Kihei. My former PCP seemed "nice enough" but was not really personable, and then she left Maui Medical after I saw her one time!
Parking lot is a little small, but not congested at all. Everyone is pleasant here (front desk, assistants and PA) and wait time is minimal. It’s pretty chill here so makes the commute worth it. The only thing is the location next to a gas station is not ideal at all. Upon entering the office and waiting area, the smell of gas was definitely there. I could smell gas in the room as well. It’s likely recirculating within their AC system. Maybe some air purifiers could help or having their AC system updated. The smell of gas at a health facility seems unhealthy.
Dr. Simon Hill is wonderful! Been going to him every 6 months. Good communicator, warm and friendly. Wait times are minimal. Overall great experience with him and Maui medical group. Thank you Dr Hill!
