Admittedly, I was running late, but I arrived a couple minutes before noon to grab an item from the pharmacy. They religiously take a lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. I got no problem with that except for when they take advantage.

A Kaiser rep was standing at the front door locking it as I attempted to enter the building and she said I had to come back at 1 PM.
I called her on it… I’m standing there looking at her and showing her my watch. This is 11:58. She then conveniently used a different excuse that the pharmacy was already closed anyway and I couldn’t come in.

My visit with Dr Ouch at the Kaiser Clinic was great. Everyone from the time I entered greeted me and helped me check in. They are professional and very friendly. They answered all my questions

On a Friday afternoon with no appointment we were able to see a physician for my daughter and get a prescription in around 2 1/2 hours. Staff was very helpful and had no issues with being an out of state Kaiser member. Nothing worse than being I'll on vacation. We really appreciate the help.
