I had been having migraines daily for 2 weeks straight. Constant pain. Everything hurt. Lights, sounds. I was in bed all day and night. Taking Excedrin around the clock. Max dose every 8 hours. I got sent home from substitute teaching because I looked about to pass out. And I cancelled a bunch of work and networking meetings because I didn't know if it was safe to drive home. I was so confused. I had just seen a massage therapist. I see a chiropractor regularly. Self care was in check. WTH right? Mei Yan Lau Moore from Qi Hai Acupuncture to the rescue! Her acupuncture was so precise. She carefully inserts needles. They were super thin and she is really great at tapping areas that are tender to trick your brains so when she finally inserts the needle, you're like..oh that's all. Phew! She finished with amazing cupping and super accurate massage that hit all the trigger points and relieved my pain. She sent me home with a ceramic spoon to massage my neck and move the energy and blood in the right direction. Also some Chinese medicine and potent but amazing pain patches at no additional charge! Who does that? I was so so grateful and amazed by her. Bestest, most awesome thing? Mr. Migraine disappeared and hasn't come back! That was the best 1.5 hours I spent ever!!! And new patients are only $80! And there is a cash discount so if you return and bring cash it stays at $80 instead of $100 for credit card. Worth it? Hell to the YES!!!!!! I literally was on her table crying tears of joy that I could finally think and live life again. Thank you for my life back, Mei Yan Lau Moore. You will be seeing me regularly for sure!!!
Mei has gone above and beyond to restore normalcy to my life. She's been able to increase mobility on my arthritic left shoulder, and decrease the pain on my back to almost non-existency. She is a miracle worker. I highly recommend her. Plus she is very personable, bubbly, and very knowledgeable in her field. I LOVE her!!
