Merging 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into 1 compelling group training experience, F45 combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. With over 4,000 different movements and forty, 45-minute workout experiences in our database and more on the way, you'll never do the same workout twice. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
