“Great job All Island!!! Gary Kakugawa came and provided a free estimate, very prompt. Easy to work with. Gave some recommendations I didnt even know was an option and much more inexpensive! It also wouldnt take as much time to complete as other contractors noted.He was able to do the work I requested that same week.The day of the job, Kai was professional. Setup area well, ensuring everything was covered. Told me how long to expect the work to take and the amount of noise.The only hiccup we had (not to their fault but something to be aware of) is their powerful tools used to cut the tub, shorted out the circuit. All we needed to do was reset a few times. But it delayed the worker about 30 to 40 mins.Other than that, the Tub to Shower cut out looks amazing and my 81 yr old father is safer and happy!“
