“I made an appointment online, which I highly recommend utilizing the online booking option! I called around multiple places for about five days I couldn’t get in anywhere. The majority of the salons didn’t even answer the phone and the ones that did were booked out for over a week. The fact that they offer the online booking option made it extremely convenient and solved my issue of getting an appointment. I needed to get in to fix a cut that was done poorly by another stylist out of state where there was no framing done, and it was blocky and chopped looking.<br>Taryn has a very calm relaxing, positive personality and enjoyable to converse with. My skin is pretty sensitive and I have zero skin irritation with the wax she uses. Her customer service is outstanding. After my first app she gave me an after care kit with instructions & helpful tips. She even threw in some oil to help with ingrown / skin irritation. I booked online for the Signature Facial, a one hour and 15 minute amazing treatment that included hydradermabrasion, jelly mask, derma planing and so much more, as well as a welcomed shoulder and scalp massage. I loved it soooo much I signed up for the monthly membership realizing that as I get older, facials are no longer just an occasional pampering, they really are essential. And Wai is a beautiful young woman with a gentle touch...my facial included everything she knew my skin needed. This was the best facial I have ever had on Kauai!
