Before my grandmother passed she and I would often sketch ideas for when I would eventually convert her Aina Haina home from a single home property into a dual home property. This was the plan and we both enjoyed imagining what that would look like. My grandparents were working class people and grandma made clear that this property was their legacy and should be cherished and handed down to future generations so that our family would never want for a place to live. I found steel frame Builders from my neighbor who highly recommended them. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and the quality of work they did was outstanding. I received the estimate for the work and the schedule for how long it would take and they were right on. Their workers were very professional and other than hearing them work and talk about the job they were doing they were very quiet and respectful. If you are looking for quality work that will last these are the guys to call for sure. I am very happy I hired them to do the repairs on our house.
