Kai'ewe was a great technician. He showed up on time, was professional in explaining everything he was going to do for the initial visit & subsequent visits. He took his time and answered my many questions patiently. He was friendly, upbeat, and got to work right away. He was dressed nicely in his company shirt, clean shaven and well groomed. Nice to see professionalism and great customer service ethics being employed by EcoShield. Thank you.

We have been customers for years and I can't believe thr difference, we never see any roaches in our house. We love when Charles comes to do our treatment; he is thorough, is happy to answer any questions we have and is super understanding of my anxious dog.
