We were lying in bed listening to a heavy Kalaheo rain shower at 4 a.m. until we realized it wasn't rain at all. Our main water line blew just under our kitchen! We were so relieved, when despite their full schedule, Sam came on his way to work to check our situation. We knew we could manage for 24 hrs, so were pleased when he came the next morning in the pouring rain with everything he needed. He explained everything, did a neat and beautiful job, and was done in about 2 hours.
