One thing worth mentioning: If you a corner case or a unique situation, Amber will really strive to find a solution. We had a case of one very unreasonable guest where Amber and team really strove to ameliorate the situation. While Amber attempted to contact us (we were unavailable as I forgot to turn my phone on) she took charge of the situation and didn't let it fester.“
