While I would no longer recommend a flip device from Samsung, Ian at uBreakifix was so informative and helpful. Now I know exactly what to do and how to get around the endless loops of Samsung's warranty policies in the future. Definitely worth going out of our way to talk to him!
Employees were knowledgeable and professional! Most of all they were able to transfer all of the photos and data from an inner black screen on my Galaxy Z flip 6 onto another Z flip 6. Thank you!
