My first myofascia (John Barnes method) release work and I loved it. Thank you Izabela for introducing me to this! Your expertise, clear communication and gentleness made me feel at ease and fully open to receive this treatment I did not know my body and mind needed. Mahalo!
Excessive foot and ankle pain and a lack of mobility brought me to Izabela. I had been on a long trip and then found myself barely able to walk. I was concerned how I would get through even just one day. Izabela took my history and recommended and performed myofascial release therapy on me which I had never done before. Wow! I highly recommend Izabela!!!
Izabela is such a gem in Kailua; one of the most intuitive Therapist I have met!
She utilized a variety of calming and supportive techniques throughout the session and provided exactly what I needed.
I was so bummed to wake up on vacation with a stiff neck. Fortunately, the Studio was extremely easy to book online, even for a last minute scheduling.
I left each appointment with less neck pain and felt more grounded and energized to engage in all the activities Oahu has to offer.
