“I went to Vitaflow for the first time two days ago. I was rundown and had a cold thing, chills and a congestion headache that nothing was helping. Parking was easy, the treatment room was very clean. Leight explained everything clearly and I hardly felt the needle go in. It was an easy, smooth process. I got the Immunflow with a Vit. B12 shot. Even tho electrolysis is always going to be a painful process if it's going to be effective, I feel pampered when I go there.

When I was first looking for Electrolysis on island, it was Ashley at a touch of Class who not only told me I needed to switch to Kaiser if I wanted to get it covered by my health insurance, but also gave me the step by step instructions on how to get to Care Pathway Center, and who I needed to talk to to start the process. (Thank you Care Pathway Center!)

It's hard to access healthcare as a transgender woman, often because no one seems to know how to point you in the right direction, but the women at a Touch of Class know what to do. They know how to take care of you, even beyond electrolysis. It feels like going to a spa when I step into their building.

From the outside, it is hard to find, and hard to tell that there is a medispa inside because of its traditional appearance and Dr. Wong’s Heart and Vein practice. But upon walking in, the first giveaway is the skincare products on display (Environ and Elta MD brands).I met with Noelle (ESTN) for a laser Genesis facial, and she was AMAZING!!! She was so gentle, thorough, and communicative. I’ve gotten this laser done in NYC before and this felt better in quality. She took her time (in a good way) in cleaning off my skin, treatment, aftercare, and explaining everything I wanted to know about the procedure. “I recently had a custom facial with Crystal and a massage with Jeneesa - both were absolutely amazing!

Crystal was very thorough and gentle, explaining every product she used in detail with me and also what steps to take at home to achieve my best skin. She was extremely knowledgeable about my acne situation and which treatments will suit me best moving forward. I am excited to work with her. She was so sweet and listened with care - I really appreciated that part as my acne has given me lots of anxiety/self-esteem issues. She just made me feel so comfortable.

Jeneesa has the hands of a magician - she is wonderful! I hadn’t had a massage in over 5 years and struggle with migraines/TMJ - she is very skilled in massage and even did some “mouth work” which I had never had done before. Truly incredible. She teaches about breathing during the massage and explains things very well (for someone who doesn’t practice yoga on the regular she was a very good teacher). It made the whole massage experience that much better. I feel so good today post massage. I can’t wait for the next one!
