BEST HAIR SALON in Kailua!!!! Cari made my hair so blonde- exactly how I wanted. I mentioned I don't like toner and she didn't try to push me in any direction (like other hair salons sometimes do). She was so respectful and made my hair exactly how I wanted!! My hair has never been so blonde before and all thanks to Cari. Cari is super funny, sweet, and caring. She's a professional. One time I didn't have my car and she picked me up so I could make my appointment! She goes ABOVE and BEYOND. She gave me an AMAZING haircut too, and the blow dry is perfect. I have seen Cari 4 times now and am STILL amazed by her "powers". It's very hard to explain how she does what she does, but it's as though she sees you as a canvas, then, magically, gets to know you inside, without you knowing, and transforms you into what you've always wanted. FINALLY, someone who "sees" what is best.
