From the outside, it is hard to find, and hard to tell that there is a medispa inside because of its traditional appearance and Dr. Wong’s Heart and Vein practice. But upon walking in, the first giveaway is the skincare products on display (Environ and Elta MD brands).I met with Noelle (ESTN) for a laser Genesis facial, and she was AMAZING!!! She was so gentle, thorough, and communicative. I’ve gotten this laser done in NYC before and this felt better in quality. She took her time (in a good way) in cleaning off my skin, treatment, aftercare, and explaining everything I wanted to know about the procedure. She checked in regularly during the process to make sure I was comfortable and was detail-oriented in observing how my skin was reacting. 10/10 would book this service with Noelle again.Parking is metered (15 mins for a quarter), they also accept CC!“

“I was able to experience a wonderful massage by Lucy. She did a wonderful job on getting my knots and tension out. This location is in a residential area in Kailua. There is parking in front of the wellness house or you can park in the drive way. They offer various health and wellness services such as body contouring, facial resurfacing, collagen building treatments, detoxing, and LED light therapy. They can hold private event services for up to 8 people. The massage therapy rooms and bathrooms were very clean. I received a refreshing mason jar full of water with lemon, collagen, and prebioticd. It was just what I needed before and after my massage. Jacquie the owner also gave me some healthy snacks to try as I left. She is wonderful and I can't wait to come back to try some other treatments!“

Lucky to get in 2 days after I called because of a cancellation and Veronica (receptionist) took care of my appointment details quickly, and pleasantly! Receptionist Hanna checked me in, answered some questions also very pleasant! Then saw Liza, Dr Howell’s assistant who took down a lot of information efficiently and, no surprise, very pleasantly! Then met Dr Howell on time! Answered a few more questions, got my skin issues checked, her diagnosis and prescriptions called into my pharmacy, and a follow up appointment!
