I went to another screen repair person, but unfortunately, I was quoted a 4-6 week delay. I tried Kailua Screen Shop, and my screen was repaired immediately. Work was perfect, and the price was more than fair. Kailua Screen Shop now has a new customer.

We have needed new screens for years. I wish I'd gone to Kailua Screen Shop earlier, but I'm so glad I did last month. It was so simple. I brought in the screens to be replaced and they made them within a few days. One of my existing screens had been bent and tweaked over the years, so its replacement required a few resizes to make it small enough for my window, and the customer service at Kailua Screen Shop was friendly and helpful and 5-star . Whenever we need screens replaced, I will be going there! Easy parking right out front. Super efficient and affordable.

We needed a new replacement screen so I called around to several places in east Oahu near Kailua. Some of the places that claimed to replace screens had a TWO MONTH or longer wait list. After I called Kailua Screen Shop about my bad screen, I was initially told that they could have it ready in a couple of days. When I arrived with the old screen, they showed me how badly corroded the old aluminum frame was--and it was!--and that making a new frame would add a couple of days. But they were good to their word. These folks clearly know what they are doing.
