I highly recommend Dr. Dunkelberger! I went in for a concern about two molars previously treated by another dentist. While demonstrating how I floss, I accidentally popped out an onlay/partial crown! Dr. Dunkelberger immediately fit me in for a second appointment during my visit and fixed it--now it feels so much better! Big thanks also to dental assistant Hannah and the friendly front desk staff. The KDC office has great vibes!

I cannot rave enough about the top-notch professionals at Kailua Dental Care. My hygienist, Neil (sp?), was so clear in his directions, careful, and thorough. Dr. Simmons echoed my trusted dentist on the mainland so I knew he wasn't going to fabricate problems that didn't exist. The staff at the front desk are sharp and cheerful. My husband had a filling replaced by Dr. Lau and was amazed at how knowledgeable and efficient she was. He appreciated the hygienist too, Ryan I believe.

I've been a patient at Kailua Dental Care since they first opened, and I've been treated by Dr. Sonson and several other dentists, most recently Dr. Simmons. My experience over the past month has prompted this review… They get ALL THE STARS and I can't recommend them enough. The office is always clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, making scheduling a breeze. I particularly appreciate the notifications for last-minute appointment openings, which have been very convenient.
